The new baby sister to our Kitchen Studio, the Little Studio (affectionately called Lil’ Stu’) is Plate & Patina’s private 272 sq ft photo studio, with north- and east-facing windows and walk-through storage area to keep gear and grip out of your way.
Perfect for product, portrait, and test shoots, the Little Studio is a great affordable studio space option on its own, or can be rented in addition to the Kitchen Studio and used as additional attached space.

$700 / 10hr day (8a-6p)
Weekends: 1.25x day rate. Holidays: 1.5x day rate.

As an add-on to the Kitchen Studio: $400/10 hr day. Please inquire for test shoot rates.
Events are not permitted.
HOLDS & CONFIRMATION
Studio dates may be held up to 6 months in advance via phone call or email and, in most cases, do not require a deposit upfront. Holds may be cancelled without penalty.
The daily Studio Rate will be charged in full upon confirmation and will be 50% non-refundable. Studio dates must be confirmed a minimum of 5 business days prior to the shoot date. Cancellations within 5 business days of the shoot will forfeit the daily Studio Rate charge entirely.

Maximum 7 people. A call sheet/contact list must be submitted to P&P at least 2 business days prior to the shoot. Separate contact sheets may be submitted for separate days. No animals are allowed on any portion of Plate & Patina’s property without prior approval.
Parking lot spots are not guaranteed for the Little Studio. Non-metered street parking is available along Naomi Street. Please inquire if you will need handicap access.
props & sUrfaces
A la carte: 30% off sticker price, may be used for duration of shoot
Unlimited Props: $800/day plus tax. Includes 4 surfaces per day. Additional surfaces may be added per day a la carte at 30% off.
Props & surfaces can be held up to 2 business days prior to the shoot. All prop and surface charges are subject to tax.
Prop & Surface Rental Agreement must be submitted if using Plate & Patina’s props and surfaces in studio.
